Circles of Friends are designed for persons with disAbilities to
gather with friends and family, caregivers, case-workers, parents,
clergy, as well as any other person interested. These people meet
to allow the persons we serve to share their dreams and the goals
they would like to reach. They can also share their frustrations and
the stumbling blocks that are preventing them from reaching those
goals. As a Circle of Friends they come alongside to strategize,
brainstorm, and identify how they might help in realizing a part of
the persons with disAbility's dreams. They may also reach out to
others in the community to network on behalf of the persons being
served.
All those involved with a Circle of Friends are volunteers who are
interested in making a significant difference in the life of someone
with limited or no resources.
Applications are available by calling the Eagle Office.
